Data visualization to the archetypal analysis package

Added plotting and visualization functionality features to the archetypal analysis package that estimates genetic clusters by using genomic data in an unsupervised, computationally efficient manner.


Optimizing transformations on GAN face reconstruction based on fMRI data

Implementation of more complicated transformations from a recent 2022 paper that used fMRI data to reconstruct GAN generated faces that were shown to subjects.
